Every job seeker scurries around frantically making sure their resume is the best "work of art" they have ever created. The Truth is that the attention grabbing power is really all in in the Job Cover Letters! Not the resume. Most people don't understand this little know fact and just whip something up to stick on the front of the resume.
Grossly underestimated, your resume cover letter is actually the "Sales" letter, the attention grabber, the "hey, I need to know more about this guy", which when done properly can send your resume package to the head of the line not into the trash, barely read. If you take the time to think about it, it makes perfect sense! The resume is NOT the first thing that the hiring manager reads, it is of course the Cover Letter, so like any other sales piece you have about 5 seconds to grab their attention, after all they have a lot of resumes to get through!
What are your options when it comes to the cover letter, you can do it yourself, or you can hire a professional and hope that they are as "professional" as they claim to be, either way you need some kind of professional help to get the job done right!
What is the cost if you get it wrong? A sparkling, interview getting, cover letter is a tricky beast even for the so called experts, most of them don't get it either, yet charge for the privilege to make you think they do! Take out your calculator and figure out what it will ultimately cost you if you don't get a job right away, After One week, after two, after one month, the average job search now takes 9 months and that number may be going up! Better to do everything in your power to do it right the first time! If you spend N1,600 a week , a nine month job search will cost you - N52,400 , yikes!
There are 5 Basic things you need in your letter:
1.Target a Specific Employer - Tailor the letter to what the company needs!

2.Address it to a Specific Person at that Specific Company - If you don't know call up and Ask! 3.Needs to Provide Important Details that the Resume Does Not - It's not the Resume after all! 4.State The Specific Action Step you will be Taking Next - People like to know what is going to happen next!

Dear Friend,

HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD And secure your dream job FAST!

WHY THE E-BOOK WAS WRITTEN
The E-book “How to stand out from the crowd and secure your dream job FAST!” was written for four reasons

1. To teach applicants incisively how to make themselves so unique that the prospective employer cannot help but notice them
2. To teach applicants how to package and present themselves in a very innovative and creative manner as the most suitable candidate for the job
3. To burst the myth that working in big time multinationals Shell, MTN, Zenith etc or international organizations such as UN, ECOWAS etc can only come when an applicant is connected to the who’s who in these organizations
4. To strengthen and equip applicants to believe in themselves enough to isolate that very ideal trait that makes them unique to stand out from the other millions of applicants.

So to be able to impart this knowledge successfully and guide applicants through the hurdles of job selection process avoiding all the booby traps and landmines on the path to their dream job,
HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD and secure your dream job
Is divided into five broad chapters (which I prefer to call steps or stages).

These are the five critical steps in almost every job recruitment process. And the tone of the book is conversational as would between a teacher and a student. The steps are straight forward, easy to understand and gives a step by step guide so that even fresh graduates in the labor market can profit from it.

Below is a brief review of the book.

STEP 1: How to prepare and package a winning killer CV that will no doubt catch the employer’s attention making him notice you. Remember, as they say in the human resources world, “If an applicant is a book, his CV is his cover page.”

STEP 2: Step 2 covers explicitly how to write an effective cover letter that will make a resounding impact on the employer when he goes through it. The aim of an effective cover letter is to sell you more persuasively to the employer. It is like your table of content and thus an avenue to present to the employer your unique characteristics. Here you will learn the underlying principles behind writing a unique cover letter and how to make yours have more persuasive force than those of other applicants.

STEP 3: Having known how to prepare a winning CV and an effective cover letter to back it up, at this stage you will learn how to source for jobs which most times are not made known to majority of the public and how to put up and package a winning world class application letter that will make your recruiter marvel at your creativity.
So by the end of the first three steps/stages down the road of securing your dream job, you would have known how to package yourself as the hottest product amongst the crowd of applicants. Thus you stand out!

STEP 4: At this stage, the prospective employer sees you as one hot product he can’t afford to lose. So it is now time to untie the package. Therefore, in this chapter you will be taught how to prepare for job tests effectively (i.e. if the employer doesn’t go straight to grant you an interview without any test) and what types of test to expect based on the career path you have chosen. You would also learn about sources of materials you would need to prepare for any type of test be it verbal aptitude or spatial relations.

STEP 5: This is the final and most important and decisive step. This is where you encounter the worst booby traps and landmine on your journey to building a solid secured career in the company of your dreams. You will learn about job interviews: why it is conducted; how to prepare yourself mentally, physically and psychologically; sample of criteria interview questions you will certainly encounter in your next interview(I’m 100% sure of this claim) and the right answers you should give. This chapter also goes on to reveal how interviewers rate their candidates and finally what you should do when the interview session is over-most applicants don’t know about this final ground breaking secret you will be learning. So having all this knowledge in your kitty will no doubt give you a high edge above every other candidate that will be contesting against you for the same job.
Finally I believe that I have given you a brief run down of what the entire book which I am sure will be a useful tool for you in your quest quit being grouped amongst the crowd of unemployed, is all about. And your having stuck with me to the end of this rather long report is a clear indication that you are serious about securing your dream job.

Common Job Interview Questions - Get That Job!

You have produced the perfect CV and have that all-important interview, but your CV will count for nothing if you have not prepared for it. This article discusses common interview questions, the reasons behind asking them, and shows you how you should go about answering them. There are different types of interview questions, but to give yourself that extra edge above other candidates you should familiarize yourself with all potential areas.
Example Interview Questions

Why have you applied for this job?
You should mention the positive aspects of joining the company, and tell the interviewer/s about your relevant experiences and qualifications. Employers are looking for the right candidate for the role, but one who will fit into the team as well.

Where do you see yourself in five years time?
This question is probing how dedicated you will be in the role and company. But even if you are unsure, never say you don't know or are unsure.

What are your strengths?
Use this opportunity to sell yourself - stress skills and experience that are relevant to the job. Tell them your ability to work under pressure, inquisitiveness to learn new things, quick learning ability and good interpersonal skills. You can back this up with relevant examples.

What is your weakness?
This is a very popular and common interview question - answer this with confidence and always turn the weakness into a strength. Pick a weakness that is harmless to your job. For example: emotional nature; never want to be a loser; highly ambitious etc..

What do you look for in a job?
You can answer along the lines of wanting opportunities to grow professionally and enable you to serve the organization.

Can you cite an example when you have had to use initiative?
This is an opportunity to prove that you have quick learning abilities, make the best impression in all conditions and work effectively with staff members to achieve goals.

How do you get along with your colleagues?
This question looks at your working relationship with your co-workers - are you able to build strong working relationships that mean you can achieve your goals.

How would your colleagues describe you?
Use this opportunity to use positive and praising words and comments, centered around a 'good team leader, excellent communication skills, truthful, decisive and sensible'.

What are your salary requirements?
This is a tricky question. You should know the market value of the job you are being interviewed for. You can say something along the lines of expecting a salary based on you responsibility, experience, qualifications and market value. Personally, I would leave salary negotiations for when a job offer has been made.

Why do you want to work for this company?
Talk about the positive aspects of the company - you should always research the company before interview. First place to go is the company's website. You can talk about company turnover, products, policies and services.

What do you know about this company?
If you haven't done any research it will tell - would you want to employ someone who hasn't bothered to do basic research? Line of business, shares, turnover, etc..

Have you been interviewing for other jobs?
You can say 'yes', but state that you have given first choice to this company.
What do you think of your current boss? Never say anything negative - find something good to say.

What is your code of conduct?
You must be aware of the sense of rightness, fairness and goodness that are defined within the company. Instead of defining guidelines for conduct, you should define yourself as an all rounder candidate who loves to work and enjoys the challenges.

Do you have any questions for me?
This shows interest in the job - you should always have at least one question to ask (always prepare a list before hand because invariably during the course of the interview the interviewer will answer some/most of your questions). You can ask anything about the job or company you are being interviewed for.

Why do you want to leave your current job?
Again, this can be another tricky question. Don't say anything that could be interpreted as negative, angry or rude. Talk more of the future.

By carefully thinking about and applying the above guidance, you will be well on your way to being offered that new job.

The Top Job Interview Tips

If you're looking for some quick, simple, easy to follow job interview tips, then look no further. There are a variety of details that you should attend to before, during, and after an interview.

Attention to small details, like the tips that will soon be explained, will demonstrate to your possible employer that you see and can attend to the whole picture. Not to mention these job techniques help remove any possible distractions that could act as an unnecessary turn-off to your interviewer.

You should start off by figuring out where the interview is and budgeting your time accordingly. Plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes beforehand. Be sure to research the office security so you don't waste time or energy getting into the building. Getting all of these little travel arrangements under control will ensure that you'll get to your interview on time and relaxed.

You also need to think about how you're going to physically present yourself, as shallow as that may seem. When in doubt, dress in formalwear. Your hair, regardless of its length and your gender, should be out of your face. If you are planning to wear make-up, perfume, or cologne, less is more; you don't want to overwhelm or distract your interviewer with any part of your physical presentation. Make sure that every part of you (nails, hair, clothing, etc.) is clean and 'under control'.

Also be aware of your body language throughout the interview. Don't fidget, touch your hair or face, or tap your fingers. It's sometimes hard to be aware of nervous habits, which is why you need to do practice interviews with your friends and family or a job counselor. In general, make sure that your body language is confident and professional - eye contact, upright posture, and a firm handshake are all great.

Career Objective Examples For Resumes - How to Instantly Grab Any Employer's Attention

When writing your resume, one of the first things you have to consider is your career objective. I've been there before and I know how challenging it can be to come up with something note-worthy. In this case, it doesn't hurt to look for outstanding career objective examples for resumes you can base on.

You might wonder why your resume needs to have a benefit-laden objective. How does a sentence or two affect the long list of achievements in your resume?
Well, for starters, the career objective is usually the first line your potential employers will see once they scan your resume. From that one line, they would most likely recognize which candidates have creativity and spunk; and which candidates are simply just like the rest.

Unless you want your resume to be stuck with the rest of the commoners stash, you'd better take these career objective examples for resumes a little more seriously.
Example # 1: To use my graphic design skills in creating attention-grabbing graphics that sell.

Most career objective examples for resumes start out with "to" rather than "I." In a way, this makes your career objective less about yourself, and more about the job and company you're applying for.

Remember, your potential employer is always asking "What's in it for me?" So you better come up with benefits that speak directly to their mind and emotion.
If you're a fresh graduate, using "to" to begin your sentence is a safe choice.

Example # 2: Feature editor offering four years of experience in magazine story line-ups and special reports.

This second example is mostly used by those have been there and done that. They now have the experience and the gall to state their position and what they specialize in.

If you're a reputable person or authority while attending college, and would like to use this particular objective form, you need only to replace "Feature editor" with something like "Former Writers Club President" or "Cum Laude Graduate." Then show them how they could benefit from your academic know-how and experience.

Example # 3: Seeking an entry-level position in pharmaceutical management to utilize my communication skills and Degree in Pharmacy.

This last example shows how important it is to be specific about what you want and what you can offer.

However, you can't be overly specific, for it might only give your potential employers the impression that your skills are limited to a particular set or limited to operating specific programs only.

Knowing which of the various career objective examples for resumes to base your own ideas on, helps you stand out from the rest of the applicants. It gives others the impression that you know exactly what job you want and how your skills come into the picture.

How to Sell Yourself Using a Resume

The Selling Document
Now you have completed all of the early preparation work in creating a presence on the internet. You have haven't you? It is time to take a look at your most important selling document - the Resume
Note: The selling document is known as a CV or curriculum vitae (that's Latin!) in the UK. It's the equivalent of a resume in the US. I'll talk about a resume in this article but all Brits please replace 'resume' with CV in your mind.
Standard Resume FormatAll resumes should contain the following:
Your contact details
An accurate summary of your credentials known as a personal profile
Your career objective.
Your education and training.
Any professional affiliations.
Tools and technologies you have used. (For IT candidates only)There are a number of resume formats: historical, functional, a combination of the previous two formats and a targeted format. The format chosen will depend on your intended reader and the objective you wish to achieve.
Historical Resume A historical format should be chosen when you plan to continue with your current career in the same industry sector. In this case your most recent experience will be the most relevant and should appear on the first page.
A historical resume should contain the following additional sections:
A history of your employment experience in reverse chronological order.
Your projects and achievements in each of your job roles.Functional Resume A functional format should be used when you plan to change industry sectors and job roles. Your transferable skills relevant to your career goal must be listed in detail. It is also ideal for a graduate seeking their first job who must list their personal activities and honours won to show that they have initiative and are pro-active in pursuing their career objective.
A functional resume should contain the following additional sections:
A detailed summary of your relevant skills.
A history of your relevant employment experience (optional).
Activities and honours (graduates only).A combo format should be used when you plan to change industry sectors, but remain in a similar job role. Your key skills should appear on the first page to highlight your transferable skills to the reader. The employment history would immediately follow the skills summary to show your relevant work experience.
A combo resume should contain the following additional sections:
A summary of your key skills.
A history of your employment experience in reverse chronological order.
Your projects and achievements in each of your job roles.A targeted format should be used when you are applying to a recruiter for an advertised role. A relevant experience section listing your work experience matching the requirements specified in the job advertisement should appear on the first page immediately after the skills summary.
A targeted resume should contain the following additional section:
A summary of your relevant employment experience. The resume is usually two to three pages long, but there are exceptions when it may be up to 4-5 pages long. For example, an IT contractor will have a lengthy list of contracts in their Employment History section that must be documented in detail with dates.
Now for some DOs and DON'Ts: DO populate each of your job roles within the employment history by writing a short summary paragraph (bullet points are useful here) for each of your important projects and career achievements.
DON'T simply list the tasks that you had to regularly complete in each role. Remember that you are a STAR! Describe the Situation, list the Tasks that you planned to do, describe your Actions taken in achieving your goals and list what the positive results for the company were.
DO always tailor your CV to a specific type of reader. Highlight any relevant experience (on page one if possible) and consider removing any unrelated experience to make room for more ways of selling yourself to the reader.
DON'T put your date of birth on your resume. It's not required! For those of us a little longer in the tooth there is no need to highlight our age which some may perceive as a disadvantage.
In summary, the resume is your most important selling document. You must first determine your career objective, and then select the appropriate resume format to match your goal. Don't forget to tailor each CV to the intended reader. Happy resume writing!

Deadliest Resume Mistake - Are You About to Make the Deadliest of All Resume Mistakes?

Understandably job hunters try to hide their past. Some were fired more than once or have been out of work for months, even years, or changed careers a lot. Result: They fear a chronological resume and choose functional. Let's kill this biggest of all resume mistakes and find out what to do instead.
Deadliest Resume Mistake - You write a functional formatted resume and try to leave out, hide, or bury your ugly job history and dates. Guaranteed disaster. In a "blink" the newest screener tosses or deletes your resume. It's over. You lose.
Why It's The Biggest Resume Mistake Ever? - Because functional or hype-driven resumes hide or delay information recruiters and interviewers demand in first 9 seconds. Functional resumes tell the reader how great you think you are and not about what problems you have solved. Functional resumes signal you are hiding something.
What You Should Do Instead - Ditch the functional formatted resume. Draft your resume so it quacks like a chronologically formatted resume, looks like a date-driven resume, and delivers needed information fast like a resume should, but does not spill the beans the way classic resumes do.
Warning: Do not lie, cheat, steal, fudge, or mislead. Your resume is a legal document. More than 75% of all Nigerian resumes contain "inaccuracies." Employers know. Ignore this warning at your peril.
Directions To Get To Work:
*Center bold face job title as a headline in 16pt type at top of your resume below your name, phone number, and e-mail address.
*Summarize in first short paragraph centered and labeled "Qualifications," justified margins, all Qualifications that match needs & wording of job listing.
*List in chronological order, most recent RELATED job experience first, margined left, all job titles, names of past employers (not names of bosses), city & state. Years only of employment, e.g., "2000 - 2002"; no months, please.
*Two or three short lines summarizing job descriptions (KJRs) and insert below three or four indented and bulleted statements of results (accomplishments, achievements, victories) for each related job only, please.
*Under new, centered, bold face heading labeled "Past Experience," list in chronological order, most recent job first, margined left, other employment history, BUT not every job you have ever held.
*All jobs you show including ones related to the job listing need only cover approximately the past 10 years, please. Do not worry about date gaps.
*End your two-page resume with display of real skills, formal Education, Training and Certifications, and Professional Affiliations followed by Volunteer Community Leadership Involvement.
*Do not list why you left or were asked to leave any job. Not required.
*Repeat: "Your resume is not a job application!"

Cover Letters - The Golden Rule For Writing Your First Cover Letter

A resume and cover letter go hand in hand in all proper business activities. Each of them is designed for a particular purpose, but they are intended to act as a team. The cover letter is an introduction to your resume which in turn is a separate sales page about that most important quantity -- you! So how do you go about composing an effective cover letter? Let's examine the basic structure of this paper.
A good cover letter doesn't have to be fancy, but should include some significant points and can be tailored to the specific job that you are applying for at this time. It is typically three paragraphs long with an address header and closing salutation. Make sure that you follow this time tested format in order to shine the spotlight on your submission.
When addressing the cover letter, try to find out who is taking the applications. A first and last name, along with the reviewers title will look great at the top of the page. Make sure to get the proper street address of the company along with the city and state. This shows that you have done your homework.
In the first paragraph, indicate how you found the advertisement and why you are interested in the position. Think about a unique way to tie in your background to the open slot. This will help to pique the reviewers attention.
Next, include at least one of your best achievements that will directly fill a need in the company. Don't include a list here as your resume if following to fill that void. The key here is to grab the readers eyeballs and glue them to your page instead of the competition.
Close by thanking the reader for his/her time. Indicate that you will follow up by phone/fax/email at a certain time and date. Then make sure to do so. Empty promises will only get you another rejection. Be thought of as one who follows through on things. Dependability is a great trait.
Finish up your cover letter with an appropriate salutation and type your name leaving space between these two to sign in ink (blue or black). You now have a cover letter worthy of your greatness.
Good luck!

How to Write a Job Application - 5 Simple Tips to Increase Your Chances

How to write a job application is a vital skill to learn if you ever wish to get that dream job. Strange though as the application's only purpose is to get you an interview. It will not get you the job.
Moving from deciding on the job for you to getting the job at the right salary takes a number of steps. You need to understand that there are techniques and tactics that take you from one step to the next. But you must not attempt to jump from step one to step four.
So the reason you need to know how to write a job application is to get to the interview stage. With the application you want to make the recruiter call you for interview.
Here are 5 steps that will greatly increase the chances of that happening,
1. Put a bold heading, showing your passion for the role and asking for an interview. Be specific about the role do not send a one size fits all letter,
2. Address the letter to the recruiter by name, again be specific. Do not look just like a computer produced mail shot. Most of us have learnt by now to ignore general mail shots.
3. Make the letter easy to read and convey your message in a few short paragraphs. Words that you would not normally use should not be used in this case.
4. Use bullet points, they make following a number of points so much easier. They also make it possible to scan the letter to see if you have got what the recruiter is looking for.
5. This is a big one; in fact it is two things combined. Add a PS. and ask for the interview. Again as in point 1 show your passion and let the recruiter know you want the interview. Read through any previous applications letters you have written, do they plainly and directly say please give me the interview.
After completing your application letter using the points above read through it. Does it flow? If you find the flow is interrupted in places change them to make it easy to read through. Obviously with your application you need a good resume. The tactics and techniques in writing an effective resume will make for another article.

How to write a CV with no qualifications

A lot of people have no educational qualifications; however this does not mean that they can not find a job. You do not need qualifications to get a job; there are hundreds of jobs out there that do not require any qualifications.
But how do I write my CV, if I have no qualifications?
A lot of people ask me this question and I answer them saying "but you have skills"! Everybody has skills! So do not be shy to write your skills on your CV and also remember that you are never too old to study or to learn new things. Able to read and write is itself a skill, able to communicate is also a skill not only that but also able to learn quickly is also a big skill. And I can go on an on...
So you see qualifications is not everything, although having it facilitates a lot but that does not meant that you can not find a job with no qualifications. And also remember that there is no age limit to learn. There are hundreds of free courses out there such as: basic IT, literacy, innumeracy, NVQ, etc.
Once you complete these free courses they give a certificate which you can add on you CV. And many companies recognise these certificates.
Tip: If you having problems to find work because of lack of qualification then I suggest doing some volunteer work. Why? Because nowadays experience is more important then qualifications. You will be surprised to know that many graduates can not find work because of their lack of work experience. So if you have work experience with you, does not matter if it is volunteer work, it will give you a huge advantage on this competitive job market, specially to someone with no qualifications.

How To write a CV

CV Writing Basics

Your CV is the first step for getting your foot in the door for a great job opportunity.

When you have a well written and professional CV, it can make all the difference between job searching and job finding!

The first part of your curriculum vitae will consist of basic information like your full name and contact details. Always try to provide your prospective employer more than one way of contacting you. A direct phone number or mobile and email address would be ideal.

In some cases depending on which industry you specialize in and also the country you reside in, you may also need to put down things like your age, gender and nationality. This is a practice that is swiftly falling out of favor, but it is still occasionally used.

When you write your CV, everything should be up to date and current.

Just below your contact details, write down something about your career ambitions and goals. It is recommended to keep this part of your CV down to three brief lines.

Next on your CV, write down your academic background, education and any qualifications. Start with your highest educational achievement first. Make sure that you write down the name of the institute where you graduated and also the year. In some cases, you might want to write down the subjects that you have taken as well.

After your academic background section, include your work experience starting with the role you are in or last position held. Remember to mention your job title, job description and length of time in each position. Your job descriptions should be straightforward and to the point, ideally using bullets to list all your main tasks.

Finally, remember to make sure that you have contact information for your previous employers.

When you are looking to register your CV on the leading job boards and CV databases, keep in mind that they often make use of in-house software to complete their searches, based on specific key words. It is therefore imperative that you also include any skills, training, software knowledge and achievements

One out of every five adults in Nigeria is unemployed and 9 out of every 10 university graduates are currently jobless!

-WORLD BANK STUDY

Dear Friend,
It is with great pleasure that I shall in a few minutes from now reveal to you the secrets of

“HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD And secure your dream job FAST!”

Whenever any job vacancy opens up in any organization, thousands of applicants send in their applications and eventually only a few are selected. And you are probably left out with the crowd. These few may not have been better than you are nor would they have possessed some exclusive qualities that you didn’t possess. The difference between you and these few is that they knew how to STAND OUT from the crowd and secure their dream job while you did not.

Furthermore you may be one of those who believe erroneously that jobs are scarce thus not readily available, and those who get jobs easily must have one connection or the other; and as a result getting one’s dream job in Nigeria is a mirage.

BUT LET ME INFORM YOU THAT

I have a cousin sister who has changed 3 bank jobs within the last 5 years yet she didn’t know even a cleaner in any of these banks before she was employed…

ALSO

I know of a lady who wrote a world class application letter to 12 banks while looking for a new job and within one week, 11 of them called her for an interview…

NOW YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF

“What Do These People Know That I Don’t…?”

These set of people are not really those with the best academic pedigree nor with the best job experience, but those who have the secrets of winning in job interviews, passing in job tests, and writing winning CVs and application letters at their finger tips.

It might interest you to know that having a first class degree from a world class university does not guarantee scaling through the hurdles of job selection process because

TIMES HAVE CHANGED!!!

Employers these days are no longer impressed by degrees (especially when coming from a Nigerian university)

Now the question is

WHAT ARE EMPLOYERS INTERESTED IN?
You may also want to ask,
1. Why do some applicants get short listed and others are not?
2. Why some CVs are automatically rejected notwithstanding the catalogue of experience and skills?
3. Why do some pass and others fail job tests repeatedly?
4. Why do some even though experienced still fail at job interviews?
5. Why is it that some secure up to 3 highly paid jobs at a time whereas thousands can’t even secure a single poorly paid one?
6. Why some even though very smart in school end up in poorly paid, unsecured job whereas other not-too-good ones end up highly paid?

These questions and more are given explicit answers in the E-book manual

“HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
And secure your dream job FAST!”

In this manual, you will be learning STEP BY STEP

1. How you will create your first winning CV(that will land you your first job)
2. Why your CVs are automatically rejected(you may not Know this...because all you probably have been doing is shoot at every available vacancy)
3. The real Difference between a CV and Resume - you probably have been submitting CVs when you are aked to submit just a resume
4. Secrets you will use to writing world class application letters + Cover letters - these are the most important. But some folks don't even know what a cover letter is
5. How interviewers rate you during interviews - you will be taught exactly what they are looking out for when they conduct interviews
6. Where and How to find N250,000 per month job vacancies(entry level) before they are made public
7. How to prepare for aptitude test that will land you an interview
8. How to prepare for job interviews + How not to do it!
9. Tough questions 95% of all interviewers will ask you and the right answers they expect from you - Remember the real answer when not answered right becomes a wrong answer
10. What to do when the interview is over - 99% of all applicants have never heard of this secret!
And lots more…

“HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
And Secure Your Dream Job FAST!”
is a must-get for any job seeker who is serious about ending his search for job because not only that it is rich, explicit and exclusive, it is concise and goes straight to the point to hammer on salient issues that most applicants take for granted e.g.

Did you know that?

“55% of an interviewer’s judgments are based on your body language”

AND

“Your cover letter makes the difference between your being short listed for aptitude test or even an interview and your CV being automatically rejected”

OR THAT

“Your prospective employer only scans through your CV(which you think is the most important) in less than 30 seconds to make his judgment”

In this E-book, you will learn the very secret yardstick your recruitment officer will use to judge you in your next interview. It is like the marking scheme your prospective employer will use to assess your performance in the interview

Now have you ever imagined having the marking scheme of an examination paper in your hands even before the examination?

IF YES!

Then this E-book will make your imagination a reality a reality. It will take you right into your next interview’s mind and you would make the best of impression.
