our client is a successful microfinance bank with a viable and tested market focus and an enviable pedigree.
It now seeks to harness these for greater effectiveness and better performance. in this regard vacancies now
exist in the following position.

1. MD/CEO

Good first degree plus post graduate or appropriate professional qualifications with a minimum of 15 years
relevant experience across the broad spectrum of banking. Clear and direct responsibility for planning and
delivering profit targets is an absolute essential as well as IT literacy, good communication skills and a pleasant personality.

2. HEADS OF BUS DEVELOPMENT DIVISIONS

Reqiurements is same for CEO but with a minimum of 12 years experience

3. COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience

4. INTERMNAL AUDITORS, ACCOUNTANTS AND OPERATIONAL MANAGERS

Relevant academic and professional qualifications plus min of 10 years experience

5. BRANCH MANAGERS AND RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS

Relevant academic and professional qualifications plus min of 10 years and 6 years experience respectively

6. MARKETING OFFICERS

OND/HND/B.Sc/BA Degrees with up to 2 years experience
